It was Napfa test In The Morning And i didnt sleep -.-
Bt Lucky Slamat Trial
hahahah,I Gt 14min for 2.4Km,I was WTF!??!I usually get 12min,zzzz,I need to sleep earlier
i gt my incline pullups,25 and shairul got 26
i gt 41 for sit up and shairul get 42
i get 45 for sit and reach and shairul gt 46
hahs shairul,I Blom Lagik Mkn Breakfast,and i didnt sleep,naseb la kau
hahs,Bt for the standing Broadjump,1st Time i fell flat on mie face and that was painfull XD
bt i got 220cm,Beat That shairul,!!wahahahha
i ate wif the usual peeps and crack jokes along the way
and after recess kena scolding by that korean techer
and me,khairy,hamza,johan and ariffin Laughed
